Welcome to your home, Leona Valley. We are Lauren Development, Inc., the people who are proposing a new residential and vineyard development in our neighborhood. It is our hope that this website will aid in the creation of an open dialogue with our neighbors in Leona Valley. We think the more you know about our vision and us, the more you are going to welcome it. We have tentatively determined that the development will be called The Vineyards. The concept of The Vineyards started with an appreciation of the rural and agricultural nature of Leona Valley and the rural values each of you hold so dearly. But knowing that growth in Leona Valley is inevitable, we hired the best professionals and dedicated considerable time, resources and thought as to how best to set a precedent for the future that would help keep Leona Valley rural and agricultural as it grows. The key word is “grow.” Not too fast. Keep it limited. And most important, keep the agricultural definition of "grow".
